JanSport stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you’re happy with your gear. If you’re unsatisfied give us a strong reason & simply return your merchandise within 15 days of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, altered or used with courier — prepaid.
Final Clearance items are not eligible for returns.
Returns without the original receipt must reference the order number, which you may reprint from your order confirmation email. For customer convenience all orders are shipped with a prepaid Courier shipping label.
RETURNS BY Courier :
Keep the order summary portion of your shipping form as well as your order number and Courier tracking number from the prepaid Courier shipping label.
On the Return Form, note the reason for the return: e.g. wrong item shipped; wrong color, etc. and include the form in the box.
Use the pre-addressed prepaid Courier shipping label and courier it to us
Courier your package to:
JansportIndia Pvt.Ltd & location address where it is purchased.
Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.

Please note that JanSportindia.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team immediately upon such receipts . Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. JanSportindia.com will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
